Membership Agreement

PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT & TERMS

This private membership website is operated by Revelation Ranch Private Membership Association (“Association”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Revelation Ranch PMA. Access to this website and any offerings, information, tools, or materials are extended exclusively to voluntary members of the Association, conditional upon your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms set forth herein.

By entering this site, requesting to join, or interacting with the content in any capacity, you agree to become a private member of Revelation Ranch PMA, and thereby agree to be bound by the Association’s Terms, Principles, and Notices (“Membership Terms,” “Agreement”).

This site and all offerings are extended solely to voluntary members. It is not intended for the general public or for use in commerce, and no public offer is made. If you do not agree to these terms, or to participate in a private, non-public manner, you must leave this site and cease all interaction with it.

NOTICE TO NON-MEMBERS:

If you are not a private member of Revelation Ranch PMA, you are hereby notified to immediately exit this site and cease use of all content.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS & CONSENT

By using this website or engaging with the Association in any capacity, you affirm that you are doing so in your private capacity as a natural living man or woman, and not as an agent of any governmental entity, regulatory body, or corporate entity operating in a commercial capacity. You consent to these terms as a condition of voluntary private membership.

SECTION 1 – MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

As a member, you agree:

That you are participating of your own free will.
That all interactions, exchanges, or communications are conducted in the private domain under First and Fourteenth Amendment protections (freedom of speech, association, and contract).
That you are not engaging with Revelation Ranch PMA in a commercial or public capacity.

Members agree not to bring any disputes into the public or commercial realm. Any disagreement or conflict must be handled privately and peacefully within the Association or through mutually agreed-upon private remedy.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to accept or deny membership or participation in any activities at any time for any reason. All information shared by members is held in private trust and will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

SECTION 3 – NON-COMMERCIAL INTENT & DISCLAIMER

Revelation Ranch PMA is a faith-based, educational and expressive private association. Any offerings or exchanges—including books, apparel, or other materials—are considered private gifts, donations, or member-to-member exchanges and are not offered commercially. Nothing presented herein is to be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice.

SECTION 4 – PRIVATE EXCHANGE OF VALUE

All donations or contributions made in exchange for items shared through this website are considered private association offerings between members and not taxable commercial transactions. These are expressions of mutual fellowship, belief, and support within the private domain.

SECTION 5 – PRIVACY & MEMBER INFORMATION

All member information is handled confidentially and is used only to facilitate member services and communications. We do not sell, share, or publicize member data.

SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering into this private agreement, members waive all rights to bring claims, demands, or legal actions in any public court against the Association or its members for activities conducted within the private domain.

Revelation Ranch PMA, its trustees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any perceived damages, losses, or grievances resulting from member participation. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

SECTION 7 – MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Members are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

This agreement is governed by the founding principles of freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, and the right to self-governance, as secured by the Constitution of the united States of America, and protected under common law jurisdiction in the private domain.
